Dominic Bernard Patrick Luke Monaghan,[1] nado o 8 de decembro de 1976 en Berlín, é un actor inglés. Acadou recoñecemento internacional por interpretar a Merri nas adaptacións cinematográficas da triloxía d'O Señor dos Aneis de J. R. R. Tolkien dirixidas por Peter Jackson. Tamén é famoso por facer de Charlie Pace na serie de televisión Lost. Tamén tivo o papel principal na serie de comedia de radio, Stockport, So Good They Named It Once.
