Yes. The Hobby tier is free, with monthly usage included and no credit card required. You can even run a public template with no account from the CLI.
What uses my credits?

What happens when my usage runs out?
Verifier and image runs pause until you top up credits or your included usage refreshes the next month. Browsing, saving, and reusing keep working.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
