Arjoon J Mehra shared thisA quick update on my post yesterday regarding the **Creator Management / Influencer Marketing SaaS platform** we are looking to build. We’ve received **200+ emails, DMs and responses**, which is far more than I can meaningfully go through individually. To streamline the process, I’ve put together a short form covering relevant experience, similar products built, technology capabilities, commercials and expected delivery timelines. If you reached out regarding the earlier post, **please fill this form:** https://lnkd.in/d_Hez8VH Even if you have already emailed or messaged me, please submit the form so I can evaluate everyone through one consolidated process. I’ll go through the submissions and connect directly with the shortlisted developers/teams. Thank you to everyone who reached out.

Arjoon J Mehra posted thisLooking to connect with a strong developer / small tech team to build a creator campaign management and intelligence platform. Broadly, the product would involve: • Large creator database with bulk CSV/Excel imports • Advanced search, filters and shortlisting • Creator profiles, commercials and historical performance • Campaign creation and workflow management • Social media performance data/API integrations • Live campaign tracking and analytics • Client-facing dashboards with shareable report links • Admin panel for managing creators, campaigns and data • Scalable backend capable of handling large datasets The objective is to build a proper working product, not just a good-looking dashboard. Preferably, we're looking for people who have worked on SaaS products, data-heavy platforms, dashboards, APIs, or social media integrations. If this is your area of expertise, please reach out with relevant work/examples at: arjoon@mlspl.co.in

Arjoon J Mehra posted thisLooking for Someone Who Knows the Professional Certification Business. Not a digital marketer. Not an education counsellor. I’m looking to connect with someone who has actually built or operated inside the professional certification and training ecosystem, particularly HSE, occupational safety and international professional qualifications. Someone who understands how the real business works: certification partnerships, authorised training-provider models, accreditation, student acquisition, GCC/Africa/South Asia markets, and the underlying program economics. We understand the digital acquisition, performance marketing and lead-generation side. I’m looking for someone who understands the other side of the table. If you’ve built or scaled something here and are interested in doing something entrepreneurial, let’s talk. Potential business partnership. Not a job. Not a consulting assignment. Delhi NCR preferred. 📩 arjoon@mlspl.co.in

Arjoon J Mehra posted thisLooking to Connect With People Building in Spirituality & Faith I’m exploring the spirituality, faith and devotional commerce ecosystem in India, and I’d like to connect with people who are already building in this space. Astrotalk and Sri Mandir are obvious examples because of the scale they have achieved. But I’m actually more interested in discovering the lesser-known founders and businesses operating underneath this layer. This could include businesses around puja samagri, devotional products, spiritual wearables, religious essentials, astrology, temple-linked commerce, gifting, or other faith-led consumer products and services. So, if you: Are already building a business in this space Have previously worked or operated in this category Are running a smaller but meaningful revenue-generating business Or are seriously exploring building something new in this ecosystem I’d genuinely like to connect, exchange notes, and see where the conversation goes. Not looking to sell anything here. I’m exploring the category seriously and looking to meet the right people. 📩 arjoon@mlspl.co.in Email only, please.

Arjoon J Mehra posted thisLooking to Connect With Founders Building in Spirituality & Faith I’m looking to connect with founders, operators, or anyone actively building in the spirituality, religion, faith or devotional commerce space in India. Think of businesses such as Astrotalk or Sri Mandir as the larger examples, but I’m equally interested in the lesser-known businesses operating in this ecosystem. There are several companies quietly building businesses around puja products, religious essentials, spiritual products, devotional commerce and related categories, some already doing approximately ₹8–12 crore in annual revenue, without necessarily being widely known. If you are already building something in this category, have experience in this space, or are seriously interested in building something here, I’d be keen to connect and exchange thoughts. 📩 arjoon@mlspl.co.in Please reach out over email.

Arjoon J Mehra posted thisLooking for a Designer Who Is Tired of Freelancing. I’m looking to connect with a seriously talented designer in Delhi who has perhaps reached that stage where freelancing has become exhausting. Someone who is tired of constantly running helter-skelter for projects, chasing payments, pitching for work, negotiating every invoice, and trying to position themselves as the distant cousin of Steve Jobs, only to realise that most businesses in India simply do not value design enough to pay properly for it. The reality is that only a small percentage of founders and businesses are genuinely design-centric, where design influences the product, brand, website, customer experience and ultimately the business itself. I’m looking for someone who: Has at least 5 years of serious design experience Is genuinely strong with Figma Understands UI/UX and website design/layouts Has worked with and understands D2C/consumer brands Has a strong eye for branding, visual identity and digital design Has real talent, but perhaps hasn’t found the stability, fixed pay/retainer or value for their work that they were looking for Most importantly, is disciplined, dependable and still hungry to prove what they can build I’m not looking for someone who merely knows how to operate design software. I’m looking for someone who understands the essence of good design and can translate an idea onto the canvas beautifully. If this sounds unusually close to your own story, I’d genuinely like to connect. Delhi only, please. 📩 arjoon@mlspl.co.in

Arjoon J Mehra posted thisLooking for Someone Who Really Understands LinkedIn. Is there someone here who genuinely knows LinkedIn inside out, not just how to make posts? I’m looking for someone smart who understands how to manage and grow a LinkedIn presence end-to-end, including: DMs and conversations Comments and meaningful engagement Building the right network Increasing visibility and credibility Following up and nurturing relationships Consistently building and sustaining a strong presence This is an important role for me, so I’m looking for someone who understands how LinkedIn actually works beyond simply posting content. If this is genuinely your strength and you’d like to work together, please reach out at arjoon@mlspl.co.in. Thank you.

Arjoon J Mehra posted thisI just wanted to clarify what I mean when I say influencer marketing agency or influencer campaigns. I’m talking about campaigns that actually create exclusivity, differentiation or something memorable for the brand, whether through the idea, creator selection, storytelling, distribution, or the way the campaign itself is executed. I’m not talking about the same old business of simply being a broker between a brand manager and creators. Taking a generic brief, forwarding it to 50 creators, negotiating ₹200–300 barter deals or ₹1,000–2,000 paid collaborations, circulating ChatGPT-generated scripts, chasing deliverables, and finally putting together a sheet of views for the brand manager to show internally. Unfortunately, a large part of what gets called influencer marketing today has become exactly this. There is very little marketing involved. It is largely coordination, procurement and deliverable management. So when I ask about your influencer work, I’m specifically trying to understand: What have you actually conceptualised or executed that was different, strategic, creative, or genuinely valuable for the brand? That is the kind of work I’m interested in discussing.

That wife and daughter who would be cursing a rotten mindset. Indians have paid the price of terr*rism with their blood everyday since the 1970s. EVERYDAY!! This is the story of one such legendary Indian. Major Dinesh Raghu Raman Ashok Chakra (P) 19JAT/34 Rashtriya Rifles On 02 October 2007, at 0820 hrs, Maj Raman deployed his company in a village in Baramulla district, where an encounter with terr*rists had commenced. At 0855 hrs, while closing in on suspected houses, Maj Raman heard shouts of a fellow officer who had been seriously injured. Displaying camaraderie of the highest order, he crawled towards him under heavy hostile fire. He extricated him and two other injured soldiers to safety. He then took on two terr*rists who had caused heavy casualties to the troops and in a fierce close-quarter battle shot both of them de*d. The other terrorists now fired on Maj Raman from another house. In the ensuing firefight, the Indian Brave was seriously injured. Undeterred, he continued leading and motivating his troops and pinned down the terrorists till he fell unconscious. Maj Raman became immortal. Major Dinesh Raghu Raman was awarded the nation’s highest peacetime gallantry award The Ashok Chakra, for his exceptional courage, camaraderie and unmatched bravery.

Arjoon J Mehra liked thisThe post shared by Aviral is quite interesting This really made me think about Kerala's migration story. We often talk about Keralites leaving for the Gulf, Europe or elsewhere. But at the same time, people from other parts are coming to Kerala in search of work and opportunity. It's fascinating two way movement of people, skills, money and ideas. The bigger question is : Can Kerala turn this movement into an economic advantage? Maybe the future opportunity lies not in stopping migration, but managing it better and creating value from it. Kerala could become a bridge between India's workforce and the world.

Arjoon J Mehra liked thisArjoon J Mehra liked thisThe most successful people I know brainwash themselves with positivity. They invest in: - Healthy food - Great workouts - Positive affirmations - A supportive network - A curiosity-first attitude And they literally convince themselves that anything in this world is possible. And guess what? It is. To anyone. But unfortunately, less than 10% of people will act this way. The other 90% are focused on: - Anger - Politics - Division - Unfairness - Tearing people down What a miserable way to live. Give your own ideas as much attention as you give everything that's wrong with the world. The skills you could teach. The problems you could solve. That little business you could start. Arjoon J Mehra liked thisArjoon J Mehra liked thisIf you want to see how a personal brand and an agency actually get built, come sit next to me. This is full-time, in-office, and closer to me than any other seat on the team. Here’s what I need from you: - You'll be my WisprFlow. I talk, you get it. My brain runs fast. Ideas come in hot, usually five at a time and usually mid-sentence. I need someone who can pick out the 20% that matters, put it in the right place, and keep my calendar clean so nothing slips. - You'll be the one I trust with the chaos. You'll spend most of your day right next to me. You'll learn how I think, see what I need before I ask, and move on things without waiting to be told. - Bonus points if you know LinkedIn. You don't need to be a strategist. If you've posted, lurked, or just get how the platform works, you'll pick up context faster and be useful in ways an outsider can't be. - You'll help me show up as a person too. Personal appointments, occasional personal travel planning - the stuff that keeps my life running so I can keep building. - Instinct matters more than experience. 1+ years is plenty. I'll take someone sharp, kind, and quick to learn over someone with five years and zero initiative. Clear communication and emotional intelligence matter a lot here. This is a front-row seat. You'll be close to the decisions, the pressure, and the growth - in real time. If this sounds like the kind of chaos you thrive in, email on careers@thegrowthsquare.in with subject line “Unnati’s right hand”

Quick Commerce & Consumer Durables: A Summer of Lessons & Opportunities This summer, Zepto’s bold experiment to deliver Lloyd ACs in 10 minutes in Noida was a headline-grabber—but the real story was in the lukewarm consumer response. Why? Because in consumer durables, gratification isn’t just about speed—it’s about service. And installation delays of 2–3 days during peak heat killed the magic of instant delivery. India’s ₹1.5 lakh Cr consumer durables industry is watching closely. With GST cuts and festive season not firing up demand as expected, and a cooler summer slowing AC sales, the TV segment emerged as the star performer—thanks to price drops and GST relief on large screens. 💪 Strengths of Quick Commerce in Durables 🎯 Same target audience: Millennials & Gen Z with high disposable income 📈 High GMV potential: Durables offer bigger ticket sizes than groceries 🛒 Strong base: Existing Qcomm players (Zepto, Blinkit, JioMart, BigBasket) already have scale 🔥 Impulse-driven: Metro buyers are tech-savvy and value convenience ⚠️ Weaknesses & Challenges 🧊 Installation delays: ACs, TVs, and washing machines need expert setup 🏬 Dark store limitations: Size, rental, and SKU diversity are bottlenecks 🧭 Touch & feel: Indian families prefer physical experience before buying 🔄 Channel conflict: Brands struggle to balance margins across Ecomm, retail, and Qcomm 💸 Price sensitivity: Unlike global markets, Indian buyers resist paying premium for convenience ✅ Strategic Solutions 🕕 Offer 6-hour delivery + installation combo Currently E commerce and Modern retail takes 24-72 hours 👷 Build in-house service teams for key categories 📦 Focus on fast-moving SKUs with minimal setup (e.g., TVs, small appliances) 📱 Target Amazon/Flipkart buyers with curated impulse bundles 🔄 Introduce subscription models to offset service costs 🧠 Educate consumers on value of convenience + speed 🛍️ Partner with brands for exclusive Qcomm SKUs 📊 Market Snapshot Ecomm share in durables (2024): ₹40–45k Cr Qcomm market (2025): ₹500 Cr → ₹2 lakh Cr by 2029, Potential to grab 5% share from Ecomm is Rs 200 Cr 1st year. Jaw dropping proposition Ecomm share by category: Smartphones: 48–50% Laptops/Tablets: 30% TVs: 22–24% Washing Machines & ACs: 12–15% Refrigerators: 18–20% 🔮 The Road Ahead Quick commerce is not just a delivery model—it’s a mindset shift. If it cracks the service code, it could redefine how India buys durables. But if it fails, it risks commoditizing brands and losing consumer trust across categories. what are your thoughts? which brands have capabilities to grab the opportunity? #ConsumerDurables #QuickCommerce #EcommerceIndia #RetailInnovation #ACDelivery #TVSales #GenZShopping #DigitalRetail #ChannelStrategy #BrandTransformation #LinkedInInsights 💡#LG #Samsung #Whirpool #Godrej #Daikin #Bluestar #Voltas #Lioyed #Havells #Sony #TCL #Panasonic #IFB #Simense #Bosch #Croma #Reliance #Jiomart #Blinkit #zapto #Zomoto #swiggy

I watched an FMCG sales rep and a major wholesaler screaming at each other in Kolkata yesterday. Total chaos. High decibels. Extreme tension. In India, we call it "Chilla-Chilli." They were arguing over margins in Burrabazar, the beating heart of Kolkata's high velocity retail trade, right in the middle of the massive Pre-Pujo rush. To an outsider, the business relationship looked dead. Five minutes later? The shouting stopped. The wholesaler smiled, pulled up a stool, and served the rep hot kulhad chai and sweets. The deal was done. After 19 years at Colgate-Palmolive scaling GTM setups across Asian markets, this moment hit me harder than any corporate data report: Global FMCG is driven by raw human trust. Not clever algorithms. Modern consumer brands spend millions trying to sanitise the frontline with sterile apps, rigid KPIs, and automated ordering. A must to accept 3 street realities: 1. Friction is healthy: Chilla-chilli means both sides care. A sterile, quiet channel relationship is a dying one. 2. Earn the right to argue: The wholesaler didn't buy a corporate PPT pitch. He bought because the sales rep had built massive emotional equity over years 3. Ditch the boardroom cleverness: Complexity chokes speed. Trust is the ultimate optimization tool. After 27 years in corporate leadership, I launched Kant & Key Partners because the gap between sterile boardrooms and street-level execution is widening. We help brands strip away bureaucratic noise and restructure GTM systems for real-world velocity. #FMCG #GoToMarket #TraditionalTrade #Leadership #KantAndKeyPartners #Kolkata
