A few notes on how the #AIManager actually works under the hood: AI manager is designed as an 𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧-𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫, 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐚 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥. When the AI Manager connects with a Field Sales Executive, the relevant Warehouse Managers are automatically notified with the context they need. When it engages a Warehouse Manager, Senior Management is looped in — so the right information reaches the right level without anyone chasing updates. What's made the real difference is how human the interaction feels. The AI Manager speaks in a 𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢 𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐞, and it doesn't just extract data — it checks in. A simple "𝐚𝐚𝐩 𝐤𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧, 𝐬𝐚𝐛 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐚𝐡𝐚 𝐡𝐚𝐢?" at the start of a call has driven genuine traction on the ground, because the FSE feels heard, not interrogated. That empathy is what turns a reporting call into a real conversation. Getting the language right also meant getting the numbers right. The actual number reporting on ground happens in lakh, crore, and hajaar — and our transcription handles these accurately, so "𝐝𝐨 𝐥𝐚𝐤𝐡 𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐡𝐚𝐣𝐚𝐚𝐫" 𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧, 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐢𝐠𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐞𝐱𝐭. The #FPO had been selling to local buyers, but inconsistent market linkages and delayed payments often made it difficult to pay its farmer members on time. Our team in Odisha connected Dhartani with an institutional buyer in Bhubaneswar, resulting in an initial order of 13 MT of ginger, with further orders in the pipeline. The linkage creates value on both sides of the transaction. The buyer gets dependable access to ginger, while Dhartani benefits from a more reliable market and timely payment settlement, enabling the FPO to pay its farmer members on time.
