Satish Barot reposted thisSatish Barot reposted thisA domestic toll-free number only works from inside the market it was built for. It's also why nobody at HQ can just pick up a phone and check that it’s working. When a line drops or stops routing, the signal is easy to miss and silence reads the same either way: a broken line and a slow week look identical from the outside. Volumes move on their own, so a genuine fault can sit there for days or weeks which leaves your customer finding the fault before you do. For teams accountable for voice reachability across dozens of countries, that's a costly visibility gap: missed transactions, compliance exposure, and public complaints from customers who gave up trying to reach support. We have put together a breakdown of why this keeps happening and what actually closes the gap, including how one global operator went from ringing Irish pubs asking strangers to test a dead line, to continuous independent proof of performance across 100+ countries. 👇 Full article linked in the comments.

Satish Barot shared thisIn my latest column for Smart Customer Service, I make the case that AI visibility is not the same as customer journey assurance. Visibility shows what each system reports about itself. Assurance shows whether the customer can actually complete the task across carriers, telephony platforms, speech engines, language models, and the handoff to a human when automation hits its limit.Satish Barot shared thisAI visibility isn’t the same as customer journey assurance. Read our Co-founder and CTO Satish Barot’s latest article: https://hubs.ly/Q04snpsC0 As AI becomes more embedded across contact centers, simply monitoring individual systems is no longer enough. A dashboard may show that everything is working, while the customer is still experiencing poor routing, lost context, incorrect information or failed escalation. Satish explores in the Smart Customer Service publication why businesses need to look beyond AI observability and continuously test the full customer journey to make sure every interaction works as intended. #Klearcom #VoiceTesting #ContactCenter #CustomerJourney

Satish Barot reposted thisSatish Barot reposted thisAI voice cloning is changing the fraud landscape for banks and financial institutions: https://hubs.ly/Q04ndxWC0 In a new article for Unite.AI, Satish Barot, Co-founder and CTO at Klearcom, explores why familiar voices can no longer be trusted by default, and why fraud risk now extends across customer authentication, IVR flows, escalations, and voice biometric systems. The key point: this is not just a security issue. It is also a customer journey issue. For banks and fintechs, continuous testing of the full voice journey is becoming part of the fraud defence model. #AI #VoiceAI #FraudPrevention #VoiceTesting #Klearcom

Satish Barot reposted thisSatish Barot reposted this#VoiceoftheIndustry | Satish Barot, Co-founder and CTO at Klearcom Air Canada's chatbot gave a grieving customer the wrong information. The airline went to tribunal arguing it wasn't responsible for what its own system said. It lost. That case wasn't a fluke. It was a preview. Most organizations deploying AI in customer service have invested heavily in the model — and almost nothing in what happens after launch. They tested it once. They called it ready. And now it's making judgment calls on thousands of customers a day, at a speed no human supervisor can track. AI errors don't happen one at a time. They replicate — instantly, silently, at scale — until a customer catches what your system never flagged. Governance isn't what slows AI deployment down. It's what keeps it from burning down. Satish Barot reposted thisSatish Barot reposted thisAI can scale service, but it can’t replace empathy. In this Smart Customer Service piece, Klearcom Co-founder and CTO Satish Barot explains why contact centers can’t afford to “hang up on humanity” as automation accelerates. Satish Barot reposted thisSatish Barot reposted thisLast Spring, Spain and Portugal experienced an unprecedented energy blackout that shut down all major infrastructure services, including communications. As part of its resilience planning, the Spanish government is now proposing that local telcos build mandatory emergency power systems to ensure connectivity for mobile sites. Irish startup, Klearcom provides customer call path testing globally, giving it a broad view of the communications market. This week Wireless Watch spoke with Klearcom’s Co-founder and COO, Mark Rohan, who explained why he thinks telcos should be concentrating on improving call routing practices to improve resiliency, and leave the energy requirements to the government to manage. “We were one of the first to notice this as it was happening in Spain,” said Rohan. “We use all of the major Spanish operators, so we were able to see the call drop-outs and intermittent connectivity in different geographical regions. We were able to identify which operators were affected and whether it was backhaul providers or other parts of the network.” More from Wireless Watch here: https://lnkd.in/embWNGbR #Telco #MNO #MobileInfrastructure

You’re absolutely right Ruchir Brahmbhatt strong systems start with strong conversations. Architecture is often the output of clarity, not the starting point.

Satish Barot liked thisSatish Barot liked thisCustomers judge an AI agent by the call, not the AI model. This means the infrastructure underneath it matters as much as the AI agent itself. Your AI agent gets tested carefully while the infrastructure underneath it often gets waved through, and that's the layer where failures cost the most and take the longest to trace. Neil Weldon covered it on stage at Genesys Xperience 2026, and the full session is now available to watch on demand. Link in the comments. His five steps come out of testing enterprise voice across 100+ countries and 340+ carriers: governance, connection, quality, compliance, complexity. If an AI agent is on your roadmap this year, this is the groundwork worth doing first. #Klearcom #AIAgent #VoiceTesting #Governance

Satish Barot liked thisSatish Barot liked thisYou can't safely deploy Voice AI on infrastructure you don't have clear visibility into. Most teams find out where the visibility gaps are once a customer calls a broken number in a market nobody has tested. This article covers the parts of a multi-country voice estate that go untested, and how that gap plays out once AI is layered on top. Klearcom shows you what your customers actually hear when they call, so you catch voice issues before they turn into complaints, missed calls, failed migrations or carrier disputes. So bring one country, one number, or one route that has been giving you issues. We will test it live at the booth the way your customers experience it, from inside 100+ countries and across 340+ carriers, and show you what comes back. Walk-ups are welcome across all three days. If you would rather lock in time, book a 20 minute slot in the link in the comments and you will leave with evidence rather than another assurance. Pick a time that suits your schedule - our team of Henry Bush, Neil Weldon, Tomas Piacek MBSI MIB, Michael Kinsella, and Andy Vale will be there to run you through it. Wednesday and Thursday are filling up, and Neil is speaking on agentic voice on the Thursday at 1:10 PM in Showcase Theater 2. Link in the comments with all the info. Silicon Republic has been through Deloitte's EMEA Technology Fast 500, and Klearcom sits at number 74 out of 500 companies across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, following third place in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Ireland ranking. The growth follows from something simple. Once a team can see what its voice estate is actually doing, going back to taking it on trust alone isn't an option. Satish Barot liked thisSatish Barot liked thisAgentic AI fails in the part of the stack that's hardest to see. The agent can misread the caller or invent an answer. The voice estate underneath it can drop, misroute or degrade the call first. Both look the same from the outside in. Once an agent is live, the failures are the hard kind to chase. Calls start to drop, someone reports days later, and by then the evidence is gone. A voice agent can fail in more ways than a chatbot or a phone menu, and you may never know why. Ahead of Genesys Xperience 2026, our Chief Product Officer Neil Weldon writes on what that means in practice: the Four Horsemen of AI voice agent failures, the fifth one nobody names, and why you have to test the agent and the call together. Satish Barot liked thisSatish Barot liked thisMost conversations about enterprise AI start with the agent itself. The far harder question is everything that has to work before the agent ever speaks: the call paths, the audio quality, the integrations, the routing across carriers and countries. Get any of it wrong, and even the most advanced AI fails. The reality though, is that it's very hard to know what exactly went wrong. That's exactly what we'll be digging into at Genesys Xperience September 1-3. Klearcom's CPO Neil Weldon will be sharing a practical framework to make your voice agents succeed. If you're attending, our team's upcoming talk is one session you cannot afford to miss. Let's connect at the event to discuss how we can partner to guarantee your AI agents and contact centre operations - DM directly or use link in comments!
