Status: Infrequent payment problems
Some users have experienced issues during payment, but don't worry - your payment and membership will always be protected. Your status can take a few hours to be reflected after payment. If your payment fails, try using a different payment card.
-
Status: Infrequent errors

-
Status: Delays processing membership
Upgrading is a manual process, and some members may be experiencing delays. We aim to process upgrades within five to six working weeks, but it may take longer. Your application is safe and being processed.
If you are experiencing a delay of over six weeks, please contact customer services.
-
Status: Infrequent errors
Visitors to the website account area may experience occasional access issues and errors. If you experience issues, you can try logging out and back in again.
-
We’re correcting some PDA invoices that were raised incorrectly. As part of this, you may receive a credit note by email.
A credit note cancels the incorrect invoice. It isn’t a new charge, and no money has been taken from you.
You don’t need to do anything. If a corrected invoice is needed, we’ll send it separately.
If you’ve already paid an invoice that has now been credited, we’ll contact you about it.
If you have questions, please contact us.
-
Status: Online applications unavailable, Blueprint login issues
We are temporarily unable to accept online PDA route applications, but we can still accept enquiries and/or payment via phone. Contact customer services from 09:00 to 15:00 BST, Monday to Friday on +44 (0)116 350 0700.
Some users have experienced intermittent login issues on Blueprint, please try again if your login attempt fails. Thank you for your patience while these issues are investigated.
Your payment will always be protected. You can try using a different payment card if payment fails. If you have asked to reset your password, remember to check your email Spam folder for the reset link.
-
Status: Login, payment and course management issues
Users have reported issues with password reset emails, purchasing certificates and amending course details. We are working to fix these issues.
We recommend you avoid using the system behind a VPN (Virtual Private Network), and always check your email spam folder for password resets. If you're still struggling to log in, please contact your organisation's IOSH account manager.
You can contact customer services if you experience persistent errors - make sure you can provide full details and a screenshot of the issue.
You can find out what's changed with the training provider portal, or view our online guidance (also available as PDFs and videos).
-
Status: Infrequent issues
The certificate checker is working, but some users have reported issues retrieving their certificate details. Please make sure the details you enter match exactly what appears on your certificate - there is guidance on the checker pages to help.
-
Status: Stable

We're aware of an issue affecting some members' CPD and ethics assessment dates.
If your CPD cycle is showing as month 13 of 12, or you're unable to add new CPD activities, please email cpd.enquiries@iosh.com and we'll get it sorted. Thanks for bearing with us while we put things right.
