Let's Get Started
We help men and women of all ages live healthier and happier lives by focusing on the whole person – your individual needs, lifestyle, mental health, and goals.
Hi, I’m Isabel! I’ve been obsessed with health and wellness since I was 11, and I’m grateful every day to do the work I dreamed of as a kid. Growing up with chronic stomach aches and food allergies—and as an athlete trying to feel good in my own body—I learned early how powerful food and daily habits can be.
But my work became truly personal in 2018. I was diagnosed with melanoma and began tapering off Adderall after many years. As I came off, my body unraveled—anaphylaxis, inflammation, and symptoms no one could explain. Those years forced me to slow down and “get curious,” and ultimately led me into the deeper root-cause work I’m known for today: histamine issues, gut health, hormones, mold, Lyme, Babesia, and complex chronic illness.
That journey reshaped how I practice. Today, my philosophy is simple: more plants, more movement, fewer processed ingredients—but the specifics look different for everyone. No two bodies are the same, and no healing journey is linear.
In my practice, we take a highly personalized, integrative, detective-style approach. We help each client listen to their body, understand what it’s communicating, and support it in a way that actually works for their life. In that process, people improve not just their health, but their relationship with themselves.
I’m so glad you’re here—and I can’t wait for you to feel better in your body.
