I am a medical writing and healthcare communication professional specializing in continuing medical education (CME) and Integrative Medicine, working across Japanese and English contexts.

My work focuses on supporting physicians, educators, and healthcare organizations in developing clear, evidence-informed educational content for international and multidisciplinary audiences. I am particularly interested in areas where conventional medicine intersects with lifestyle medicine, psychosocial care, and patient-centered practice.
