Effective and last updated: 30 July 2026

Agreement and eligibility

By accessing or using JSON for Sheets, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. You must be legally able to enter a contract and must comply with applicable laws and Google's terms.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for your Google and JSON for Sheets account security, all activity performed through your account, and the accuracy of account information. You may not share access in a way that circumvents plan limits or impersonates another person. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You may use JSON for Sheets only with data and APIs you are authorized to access. You may not use it to violate law or third-party rights, distribute malware, probe private networks, bypass access controls or rate limits, overload infrastructure, scrape prohibited content, or process unlawfully obtained personal information. We may rate-limit or block activity that threatens the service or other users.

Your data and third-party services

You retain ownership of data and configurations you provide. You grant the JSON for Sheets service a limited right to process that information only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You are responsible for validating imported data before relying on it.

Third-party APIs, Google services, and external websites remain governed by their own terms and availability. JSON for Sheets is not responsible for changes, errors, downtime, charges, or data supplied by those services.

Plans, billing, cancellation, and refunds

Current plan prices, features, and allowances appear on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until canceled. Taxes may be added where required. Plan allowances do not roll over unless stated otherwise, and there are no automatic overage charges unless you affirmatively agree to them.

You may manage or cancel a subscription through the secure Stripe customer portal linked from your account page, or by emailing jacob@codeprint.io from the account email. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refund requests are considered case by case. Include the account email, charge date, and reason for the request.

Service limits and availability

Response-size, row, column, request, schedule, concurrency, and provider limits may apply. We may change reasonable technical limits to protect security, reliability, and cost. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Material commercial changes will be communicated when practicable.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. JSON for Sheets is not a substitute for your own data validation, security review, backup process, or professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the JSON for Sheets operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption. The operator's aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for JSON for Sheets during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension, termination, and changes

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security risk, nonpayment, legal requirements, or activity that harms the service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and ownership provisions—will survive.

Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
