“How I Work” is a series of Meta Stack Exchange posts by Stack Exchange employees. Each entry details various aspects about the author’s workflow. The first entry in the series is “I am KyleMit, Staff Software Engineer, and this is how I work”, released on 16 June 2025.
"How I Work" is intended to be a low-stakes, casual way for staff members to engage with communities on the network publicly.
