Some of the new Opinionated/Advice questions just appeared for me in the Close Votes Review Queue:

As you can see, there are no review actions to choose from; I can only Skip. This new type of discussion-esque post has no curation/moderation actions available for it, so it appears to be a bug causing these questions to get placed in the CV Review Queue.

I've verified there's nothing like a userscript or anything causing this--a 100% vanilla browser experience shows the same lack of actions (and the fact the post appears at all is a server-side thing).

Thanks for reporting!

These opinion-based questions should have never been in the Close Votes Review Queue as they cannot be closed, hence the lack of moderation actions. They were placed here by our automated audit process as examples of 'known good' posts to validate the review system.

We've since released a fix so they'll be excluded in future and removed these 2 examples that you found
