@anildash I did not account for the fact that clerks are paid and will indeed do fetch books and answer your questions. I have adjusted my story a bit.
The lack of staff's comments on this answer is concerning. Not that I am surprised per se, but after a week, I would have expected someone to have interacted with Jon, even if it was only to acknowledge his message.
@Gimby I used to work on the UI part of our software in my previous assignment, and also review the documentation, so I guess this is some kind of habit for me to detect those inconsistencies. I'm glad I shared this minor annoyance with someone else :)
@Igor I meant, asking for "the best way to do X" is not a good question for SO, generally. But, as Daedalus said, this is Meta.SE (Meta for the whole network), you should discussus this on Meta.SO (meta site for SO).

@Makyen Oh that explains it, thanks for your help. I quickly searched before posting, but didn't use the right keywords, my bad. The question begs to be asked though, should this be changed, seems to me that this is rather too important to be hidden.
