Toolkits
Toolkits are practical resources supporting organizations in program development, implementation, and evaluation. They include things like checklists, templates, sample budgets, customizable communications, facilitator guides, evaluations, etc.
Our Process

Discovery
We start with a discovery phase where we conduct needs assessments, focus groups, qualitative interviews, and other activities with our partners to identify priority health challenges and barriers, collecting input directly from migrants and the organizations that serve them.

Pilot Projects
We provide seed money to fund innovative pilot projects created for and by affected communities, and support them with technical assistance during implementation.

Resource Creation
Building on the pilots, we create scalable resources—including community-informed, culturally validated, and rigorously translated health education materials—offered in multiple formats and customizable through open-source tools.

Dissemination
These resources are made widely accessible through an interactive, free website. When we can, we offer mini-grants and technical assistance to organizations to use resources locally. We would also support the uptake of these resources through capacity-building webinars.
