Elixir, the Kansas City Museum’s soda fountain is located downstairs.

The Museum is partnering with local coffee shops—including Marcell Coffee, Cerberus Liquid Workshop Coffee, and Fairway Creamery—to offer a limited menu of grab-and-go snacks items such as charcuterie trays, baked goods, hummus, chips, and more.

House sodas, ELIXIRS (non-alcoholic cocktails), ice cream scoops (try the Corinthian Crunch, a museum exclusive by Fairway Creamery), sundaes, milkshakes, phosphates, coffee and espresso drinks, Hugo tea, local wine & beer, and select cocktails (try the Elixir Espresso Martini!) are also offered.

Inciardi Mini Print Vending Machine
This unique vending machine is a creation of artist Anastasia Inciardi, allowing visitors to purchase small, original pieces of art for just four quarters ($1). Museum staff select prints that complement current exhibitions, programs, and special events.

How It Works:
Insert four quarters to receive a mystery print from a rotating selection.
Visitors may exchange up to $3.00 for quarters at the Museum register.
Limit of three pulls per visit to help ensure availability for all guests.
