How to bring product, marketing, sales, and leadership on the same page? By making all relevant data LIVE on it 📈 You know the vibe. The setup is doomed from day one: ❌ Product tracks app usage in Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Segment. ❌ Sales works in a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or whatever). ❌ Marketing has an additional set of tools and metrics that are a total mystery to most other functions 😅 Result? 🫠 There's a lot of data flowing around, but no one knows where exactly to look for what. Especially the leadership, who would love to look at a single cross-functional dashboard in every meeting. 🫠 Reporting and knowledge sharing mostly happen through copy-paste, Excel files, and screenshots. When we find something relevant in the knowledge base, we usually have no way of knowing if it’s 100% up-to-date. Spoiler alert: most of the time, it isn't. We end up asking people around in Slack or booking 'just a quick check' calls. This is reality for over 50% of all knowledge workers, according to Atlassian State of Teams 2025. We spend 25% of our time looking for the information we need to get our work done. Two. Hours. Every. Day. Wasted. Having so many data sources in place, it's easy to lose sight of what's important. Luckily, we can bring many of them on the same Confluence page with one addition: the Table Filter, Charts & Spreadsheets app by Stiltsoft. This combo allows teams to work together, develop shared context, and show impact with confidence. Here's a simple example in which Anna Mitina shows how we can create a live feed from Google Sheets to Confluence using the Table from CSV macro. Whatever we do with this table next (pivot, chart, reuse), it will update itself together with the source. This means any system with a CSV or JSON output can become a dashboard gadget with real-time data right inside Confluence 💡 What's your biggest problem when working with data across functions? #stilties
