Societies Act Update
Thank you to those members that have been in touch following the recent publicity regarding the looming deadline of the need for all clubs in New Zealand to reregister under the new Incorporated Societies Act.
You will be pleased to know that NSU successfully completed the reregistration process in 2025. Decisions relating to the reregistration were made at the 2024 and 2025 AGMs. The club encourages all members to attend AGMs so they can stay informed on topical matters and participate in decisions.
