At Nutrition Resolution, we help people get to the root of digestive symptoms, not just manage them. Our work is grounded in functional, evidence-based nutrition and focused on understanding what’s actually driving your symptoms so we can create meaningful, lasting change.
We take a personalized approach, looking beyond surface-level symptoms to factors like gut microbial balance, digestion and absorption, nutrient status, and stress. From there, we build food-friendly plans tailored to your history, goals, and real life.
Our care is collaborative and team-based. Alyssa, our founder and board-certified specialist in digestive health, oversees each client’s strategy, and you’ll work closely with a dedicated GI-focused dietitian who supports implementation, adjustments, and progress, so you’re never doing this alone.
At Nutrition Resolution, we specialize in helping you address the root causes of digestive discomfort and other health concerns—not just managing symptoms. Our holistic, functional approach combines personalized strategies and proven tools to guide you on your healing journey. We believe that true wellness is built on restoring balance to your gut health, with the understanding that it’s not about quick fixes, but sustainable healing.
Wellness begins by truly understanding your unique needs. Rather than just masking the symptoms, we look deeper to uncover the underlying factors that may be affecting your digestion—things like microbiome imbalances, enzyme insufficiencies, nutrient gaps, stress, and even mindset. Together, we’ll work to create a plan that’s designed specifically for you, focusing on healing at the root so you can experience lasting relief and optimal health.
At Nutrition Resolution, we take a collaborative, team-based approach to your healing process. Alyssa, our founder and gut health expert, develops your personalized protocol and oversees your care from a clinical perspective. From there, you’ll be paired with your own GI-focused dietitian, who will work with you closely to implement the plan, make adjustments, and support you through each step. Together, we provide the right balance of strategic guidance and hands-on support, so you never feel like you’re doing this alone.
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. You’ll receive a personalized plan tailored to your unique health history, goals, and symptoms. Whether you’re dealing with digestive issues, fatigue, or other wellness concerns, we’re here to guide you through the process, empowering you with the knowledge and support you need to make lasting change.
By working with us, you’ll gain a clear understanding of the imbalances that might be affecting your gut health—and how to restore it. We’re committed to helping you thrive, inside and out.

Certified Gastrointestinal Nutritionist
Alyssa Simpson is a Registered Dietitian, a Board Certified Specialist in Digestive Health, and a Certified Gastrointestinal Nutritionist. Her passion for digestive health stems from both professional expertise and personal experience.

Alyssa’s interest in nutrition was shaped by two special people: her mother, who taught her to love healthy food as a child, and her high school cross-country coach, who taught her the importance of eating to fuel performance. Katie Rodriguez, RD, CDCES, IFNCP
Registered Dietitian
Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist
Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner
Katie is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, and an Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner. With a deep-rooted passion for nutrition, Katie’s journey became personal when she faced a series of complex health challenges, including SIBO, hives, rashes, histamine intolerance, infertility, and adrenal fatigue. After years of unanswered questions, ineffective protocols, and frustrating doctor visits, she turned to functional medicine which was a turning point that not only restored her health but reshaped her mission.
Now, Katie is fiercely dedicated to helping others reclaim their wellness through a science-driven, root-cause approach to care. She focuses on restoring balance in the body’s systems rather than merely managing symptoms, and she’s especially passionate about gut health, nervous system regulation, and personalized healing strategies.
When she’s not working with clients, Katie finds joy in lifting weights, exploring farmers markets, cooking (her favorite love language), and spending time with her husband and their two energetic kids. She loves being outside, basking in the sunshine, being near any body of water, and surrounded by laughter.
Jamie Campbell, MS, CNS, LDN
Certified Nutrition Specialist
Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist
Jamie’s commitment to functional nutrition began long before she entered the field professionally. After navigating her own early struggles with health, food, and a loss of control, she became deeply motivated to help others rebuild trust in their bodies.
Her career began traditionally, first in school nutrition and later in medically supervised weight-loss settings, where she witnessed the limitations of quick-fix approaches and symptom-focused care. These experiences solidified her belief that true healing requires understanding why the body is struggling, not just treating what it’s doing.
Driven to support individuals dealing with complex gut symptoms such as bloat, pain, IBS, food reactivity, SIBO, and long-standing digestive dysfunction, Jamie pursued advanced graduate training and licensure in functional nutrition and functional medicine. She now specializes in root-cause analysis, evidence-informed clinical interventions, and practical, sustainable strategies that help clients finally feel in control of their health again.
Her philosophy is simple: the body isn’t broken. It’s communicating. And when we listen with the right lens, digestive symptoms become a roadmap to resolution rather than a life-long burden.
Today, Jamie helps clients move from confusion and restriction to clarity, resilience, and freedom so they can live, work, and show up for their lives without chronic gut issues holding them back.
