Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Predvora service and form an agreement between you and Jakov Manojlovski, trading as Predvora ("Predvora", "we", "us"), operating from Bulgaria.

By creating an account or subscribing to the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Predvora on behalf of a business or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

The service

Predvora reads your website, builds an editable knowledge base from it, and operates an AI representative that answers your visitors using that knowledge through a widget embedded on your website or a hosted page.

A free preview is available before payment. A paid subscription and verified domain are required for a representative to go live.

Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • only connect websites you own or are authorised to represent;
  • review your representative's knowledge and keep it accurate;
  • ensure that content, documents, and personal data you provide to Predvora may lawfully be processed for the intended purpose;
  • not use the service for unlawful content, spam, deception, abuse, or infringement of third-party rights; and
  • keep your account credentials secure and take responsibility for workspace members you invite.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you approve, edit, or upload and for how you use Predvora on your website.

AI disclaimer

Responses are generated by AI using your website content and other knowledge you provide.

Predvora is designed to answer cautiously and offer human follow-up rather than invent facts, but AI-generated output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing the information provided to the service and for determining whether Predvora is appropriate for your use case.

The service is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice, and you must not configure your representative to present itself as a source of such professional advice.

Payments — Paddle as merchant of record

Our order process is conducted by Paddle, our authorised reseller and merchant of record.

When you subscribe or purchase credits, the purchase transaction is made from Paddle. Paddle is the seller of record, processes your payment, issues invoices, and handles applicable sales taxes and VAT. Paddle's applicable buyer terms govern the purchase transaction.

Predvora provides the service and these terms govern your use of it.

We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Subscriptions and credits

  • Plans are billed monthly or yearly and include a monthly credit allowance. 1 credit equals 1 answered visitor message. A message that fails to produce an answer costs nothing.
  • The allowance is added to your balance each month. On yearly billing, the monthly allowance is added month by month across the year rather than all at once. Unused included credits remain available while your subscription is active.
  • One-time credit packs can be purchased in addition to a subscription and do not reset with the billing cycle.
  • When your credit balance reaches zero, your representative stops answering until additional credits become available. A response already being generated may finish.
  • Upgrades take effect immediately. Any applicable price difference may be prorated and the credit difference for the current cycle added immediately.
  • Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Credits already received are not removed.
  • You may cancel at any time through the billing page. Your representative remains active until the end of the paid subscription period unless otherwise stated during cancellation.
  • If a renewal payment fails, Paddle may retry the payment. If payment is ultimately unsuccessful, the subscription may end and the representative may be paused.

Refunds

The free preview exists so you can evaluate Predvora before paying.

If the service is not right for you, contact support@predvora.com within 14 days of your first subscription payment to request a full refund.

A renewal payment may be refunded within 14 days of being charged where the credits for that billing cycle have not been substantially used. Credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase while unused.

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle to the original payment method.

Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory refund, withdrawal, or consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

Data and privacy

Your content remains yours.

When Predvora processes personal data contained in customer content, visitor conversations, and leads on your behalf, you are generally the controller of that personal data and Predvora acts as your processor.

You are responsible for having an appropriate legal basis for collecting and processing personal data through your representative and for providing any privacy information required to your visitors.

Predvora processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and applicable data processing terms.

Conversation transcripts are retained for 12 months. Other customer data is retained and deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may request export or deletion of your workspace at any time, subject to applicable retention requirements.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the website content, documents, and other materials you provide to Predvora.

You grant Predvora the limited right to process that content only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

Predvora and its software, design, branding, technology, and other service materials remain the property of Predvora or its licensors.

Availability and liability

Predvora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or any particular uptime level unless separately agreed in writing.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount paid for the service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for decisions made by you or your visitors based on AI-generated responses.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription and close your workspace at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access where you materially violate these terms, misuse the service, create security or legal risks, or fail to pay applicable charges, with notice where reasonably practicable.

Following closure, customer data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.

Changes

We may update these terms as Predvora develops.

If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable notice, normally by email or through the service. Continued use after the effective date of the updated terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without prejudice to any mandatory rights or protections that apply under the laws of your country of residence.
