so easy and so yummy! my go to for weekday dinners.
As a busy mom of two boys 2 years old and under - I still want to provide nutritious meals but donβt always have the time to spend on the kitchen. So thankful for this cookbook because the recipes only take a few minutes and sometimes I double it to have leftovers for the rest of the week! Highly recommend this cookbook!
These recipes are varied and easy to prepare once you've measured the ingredients. I like how they make weeknight dinners or meal prep simple so I still have time for other things. The chickpea cauliflower dish was tasty!
Both this cookbook and the hard copy cookbook are empowering my vegetarian college student kiddo to learn recipes that can fuel her body and be healthier options the provide her protein. She found your content with me and we've tried multiple recipes that she now makes on her own. Keep the recipes coming! I am so thankful. β€οΈ
It has been 2 weeks and I have already made and enjoyed four recipes, with plans to make a few more in the next week or so. I love the simplicity, flavors, and easily accessible nutritional information π π
