Getting started with Xplora Connect is quick and easy. Once your device arrives, you’ll activate your subscription, download the Xplora app, and follow the guided setup to get connected.
Your Xplora device arrives with the SIM card already installed and a Quick Start Guide to help you get started.
Choose your subscription and complete activation online. We’ll guide you through the process from start to finish.
Open the Xplora app and follow the simple steps to connect your device.

Xplora Connect provides the mobile service required for compatible Xplora devices to make calls, send messages, and use connected data services. No separate third-party SIM setup is required.
Manage contacts, device settings, locations, and alerts from your phone.
The Xplora Guardian App gives parents access to compatible device controls, approved contacts, location tools, School Mode schedules, and device notifications from one place.
View the latest available location of your child’s connected device.
Use the Guardian App to request and view the location reported by the connected Xplora device. Location accuracy and update times can vary depending on GPS availability, mobile coverage, Wi-Fi signals, and environmental conditions.
Set trusted areas and receive alerts when extra attention may be needed.
Create Safe Zones around places such as home or school and receive notifications when the connected device is detected entering or leaving the selected area.
When the device’s SOS function is activated, approved guardians can receive an alert based on the device and app configuration.

Parents manage the device contact list through the Guardian App. Compatible Xplora devices are designed to limit calls and messages to contacts approved by a guardian.

Used in an Xplora device, the Xplora Connect plan gives you access to unlimited talk, text and data as well as access to the Basic version of the Xplora GoPlay Activity platform.
If your watch is lost or broken, please contact our customer support. You may be entitled to an offer on a replacement watch.
At the end of your subscription commitment you can change your subscription plan. If you want to upgrade while you are still in the commitment period, you can contact customer support for help.
