Flying Squirrels

The Richmond Flying Squirrels are proud to support nonprofit organizations and schools throughout the Greater Richmond area. Because of the large number of requests we receive, we ask that you please follow our guidelines in order to be considered. 

 

Guidelines and Procedures 

 

  • Be prepared to provide a short explanation of your event, including the date, contact name, email, phone number, address, and Federal Tax ID Number. 

  • No duplicate requests. 

  • One request per organization per calendar year. 

 

Other Important Information 

 

  • Donated items include swag items, autograph memorabilia,                                                                                    

  • stadium experiences, and game tickets.  

  • Please note that a request for tickets does not guarantee tickets as there is a very limited amount.  

  • No personal items to be signed. 

  • No monetary donations. 

  • No mascot requests (see the appearance request link on our website). 

  • For fundraising; charitable purposes only. 

  • No sponsorship requests. 

  • No milestone type of requests such as birthdays or retirements.  

  • Donation requests will be processed in the order they are received. 

 

If an approved organization does not pick up their designated donation by the event date, the donation will be forfeited for that event
