How to leverage and frame software developer work experience in taking over a challenging startup acquisition? How is management handling this situation? Are they aware of the challenges you are facing? Are they dismissive of your concerns? |

Noncompete and Termination Certification Not only are the laws a complicated mess on this, they have been going through changes, injunctions, and appeals over the last few years, so any valid legal advice we give could become OBE in mere months. |

How do you distinguish bounty hunters from kidnappers? @ChristopherKing you can see how that scenario is handled with tow companies. They report all their actions to the police and police have all their contact information on file. So if someone reports their car stolen police are like nah bro you got towed, you can retrieve your car from such and such place. If it turns out the tow was unlawful the person can sue that tow company for damages. If a person got caught stealing a car and claimed oh they were actually a tow company, then why were they not registered with the police nor reported their towing to the police? |

Under Pressure, Constant Reporting, and Self-Doubt: How Should I Handle This? @Donald The goal with my answer was that this type of scenario no longer cares about one's skill level or training. Once it gets to this point, you could be the best engineer and it would not matter. I was trying to sidestep commenting on OP's skill level to make the answer more generally relevant, though reviewing my answer I agree I failed at my wording in the process, but since this answer was accepted, I am reluctant to update it. Quick aside: If a good developer can teach themselves, then why should a senior developer mentor younger developers? Isn't mentoring a form of teaching? |

Naked Pairs Sudoku Mechanic @AngelSachse your confusion is understandable. If for the first example the naked pair resided across multiple squares (and thus only one row was outlined) it would have made the second example easier to understand. (F1, F2, F4 has a naked trio that highlights what I mean) |

What actions can I take as a junior developer to solve long review delays? @Shufflepants one possible reason why no one is even looking is because the reviews for OP's tickets are a nightmare to review. By making them easier to review it will help to get people to review them. |
