Can some please explain this vectorized Bellman equation to me in simple terms?
The Bellman equation usually has "summation symbol", "summation symbol", "summation symbol", "summation symbol" ... and is initially hard to understand. But this vectorized version / derivation seems to make it really easy! Just 4 short equations, 3 of them dot products! Reminds me of the Maxwell Equations. Haha. But seriously, is the math here solid and accurate? Are there any math errors? I guess this more like the time-indexed view and not the space-indexed view, right?
