Adedayo Adeleke

Dr Adedayo Adeleke is a senior lecturer in the Department of Geography, Geoinformatics and Meteorology at the University of Pretoria. His research focuses on the use of remote sensing, geographic information systems (GIS), machine learning and spatial analysis to address environmental and renewable energy challenges. His work includes mapping solar energy potential, identifying suitable sites for renewable energy infrastructure, and developing decision-support tools to support sustainable planning and resource management. He holds a PhD in Geomatics from the University of Cape Town.
