I am a wildlife endocrinologist based at the Mammal Research Institute, University of Pretoria. My primary field of interest lies in understanding wildlife stressor complexes using non-invasive sampling methodologies, particularly in response to the implementation of management strategies and ecotourism practices. I hold a PhD in Zoology from the University of Pretoria.

At present I have authored/co-authored nine peer reviewed articles and serve as an active reviewer for seven academic journals including: Scientific Reports, Behaviour, PLOS One, and Conservation Physiology. I am also a member of the Wild dog advisory group of South Africa (WAG-SA) and serve on the research subcommittee.
