**CSU Alert: Canvas Outage**
Canvas is currently experiencing an outage due to ongoing issues with Instructure, the platforms parent company, and a ransomware attack. The Division of IT is monitoring the situation and will work to communicate updates as they become available. The Hub will be closed on Friday, July 3rd. We will re-open for our normal business hours on Monday, July 6th.

Our current email response time is approximately 3–5 business days. In-person visits may experience longer waits for service. Phone service will be busy and may experience our queue hitting it’s maximum threshold throughout the day.
