President Barack Obama attends a ceremony at Dover Air Force Base in Dover, Delaware, October 29, 2009, for the dignified transfer of 18 U.S. personnel who died in Afghanistan.

This photograph shows President Obama on the left with four soldiers in desert camouflage.  On the right, Attorney General Eric Holder stands with his right hand over his heart.  The president and the soldiers are saluting.  The men stand in a line on an airfield at night.
