Edouard V. Isaacs

Record Group 19: Records of the Bureau of ShipsSeries: Naval History Photographs

This item is a black and white photograph of Edouard V. Isaacs (or Izak) in a large Navy overcoat.  He received the Medal of Honor for his service in World War I and was a five time Congressman from California.
