Excited to announce some new plasmid offerings in my shop at ATinyGreenCell.com! Here's a thread of the current catalog. All proceeds directly support my lab and my continued effort to build useful open-source tools. Feel free to get in touch if you want to know more 💚

First, pOpenTaq - a *very* useful plasmid that allows you to make your own Taq polymerase, along with a user manual from Gene and Cell Technologies on batch culture production. Grow, boil, spin, buffer, and enjoy. atinygreencell.com/products/popen… 2/7Next, a convenient DNA ladder producing plasmid, p100BP. Just miniprep and cut with EcoR1 to produce a banding pattern in 100bp increments. Another open-source gem from Gene and Cell Technologies. atinygreencell.com/products/p100b… 3/7A personal design of mine, trying to harness the universality of the Himar1 transposon for use in randomly integrating DNA into your host microbe. Golden-Braid compatible and very easy to work with. Open source and made with love. atinygreencell.com/products/a1h-h… 4/7A lovely plant transformation plasmid enabling the expression of RUBY as a visual marker, a GFP knockout cassette for convenient cloning, and kanamycin selection marker for traditional plant engineering. atinygreencell.com/products/pcamb… 5/7The 6th edition of my very first plasmid, designed from scratch with @naturepoker1. Originated from a rant about unannotated DNA in traditional plasmids. All parts flanked by unique cut sites. FULLY annotated. Kanamycin selected. Ultra compact 1749bp atinygreencell.com/products/pidmv… 6/7Last but certainly not least, my personal collection of chromoproteins. Retransformed and ready for agar art, biotech education, and a source for subcloning into your own constructs. All proteins open source and vibrant. Great for STEM outreach! atinygreencell.com/products/rainb… 7/7
Holy cow you are the inspiration I have been looking for
