There is no comparison between cell phones and Flock cameras.
One requires a warrant, one does not.
One is a personal choice, one us not
One offers benefits as a trade off, one does not.
One can be used as a surveillance tool, one *is* a surveillance tool
Yes he was arrested and charged. Police misconduct occurs in a variety of ways. Flock is just one of them. That’s why it’s important to continue holding our officers accountable. No one advocated to stop accountability.
Flock didn’t cause this officer’s malice, it revealed it.
