    This is incorrect. An estate tax is not the same as a tax on capital gains. Under current law, Musk only pays the former on unrealized asset appreciation. And if he/his estate were required to pay tax on his capital gains, they would owe the government substantially more than he

    This is a complete lie and you know it. If Elon MUsk dies with significant capital gains, his heirs will pay a 40% estate tax on it. Can you please explain why you deliberately lied in this post?
