Stop Using APT

APT is slow... single downloading and generally uses slow mirrors as it doesn't optimize them out of the box. It also doesn't have a history so rolling back updates can really suck.

Hello @Dynatrace ! It would be great if the SaaS Synthetic API v2 Monitor Executions supported getting the historical execution results and not just the latest!
