Can someone please step up and do the right thing here please? I鈥檓 a human being who clicked the wrong month. I鈥檓 giving you almost 90 days notice-started trying to get this cancelled back on September 4th.

Hello @Hilton. I did a reservation for myself at the Hampton Inn in Cedar Rapids, Iowa for September 4th and 5th or so I thought. Turns out I accidentally did the reservation for December 4th and 5th(my mistake). I am simply trying to get this reservation cancelled and refunded.
