There's no shortage of noise about AI and revenue right now. Far rarer is an honest account of what's genuinely working across the customer lifecycle, once you look past the hype. That's what our Associate Director, Tom Hart, is joining a panel to talk through this afternoon, with Jessica Shivetts and Amaury D. (Limio): which AI tools have actually earned their place, where automation scales and where it quietly falls over, and the parts of good commerce it hasn't touched at all. An honest, useful hour for anyone in revenue, RevOps or commercial. 1 October | 4pm UK / 11am ET | Register here: https://lnkd.in/e-vumUPi #RevOps #SubscriptionBusiness #AI #CustomerLifecycle

Subscribers are already letting AI agents negotiate discounts, flag price increases, and swap their subscriptions to suit them. That's the world our brilliant panel came together to discuss at the launch of our new report with Stripe 'Subscriber behaviour in the age of AI.' What does the rise of AI agents mean for preventing free trial abuse? Are your pricing and packaging strategies ready for machine-to-machine communications? We'd like to thank all our guests and especially our panellists for bringing such sharp, thought provoking perspectives to the table, and diving deep into how these changes in subscriber behaviour will impact businesses: Tom Hart, Customer Lifecycle Lead at Clarasys Jess Burney, MD of Customer Marketing & Subscriptions at Immediate Matt Cheung, CEO of Clarasys Sam Lockwood, Head of Billing (EMEA) at Stripe Some of the key findings from the report that got people talking: Over 57% of subscribers would let an AI agent negotiate a discount by threatening to cancel 41% of those using AI have subscribed to a service based on its recommendation 16% are paying for subscriptions they don't use. The report will be available publicly in October, register here to receive your copy as soon as it lands: https://lnkd.in/eRGtEWua

Skills-based learning works best when it is connected to real challenges and translated into practical outcomes. That principle shapes both how we develop our people and how we work with clients: bringing together the right expertise, focusing on what matters most, and building capability that lasts. It’s our purpose in action - making a lasting difference to the way people live, work and grow. We’re pleased to hear Sophie Brazell - Ng sharing more about this approach on the Tech4Good South West podcast. Listen below 🎧 👇
New episode: Something they can do tomorrow Every Clarasys contract carries ten days of volunteering time, and nobody has to be senior to use them. Sophie Brazell - Ng spent some of hers taking three colleagues to Dorothy House for a day's workshop, built around a real problem the charity brought. She is a principal consultant at Clarasys, an employee-owned consultancy and a Tech4Good South West member. She picked those three by what each of them needed: one rebuilding confidence after six months away, one short of workshop experience, one two weeks into the job. She is clear about the limit. A single day cannot leave a charity something it has no capacity to run, so the brief is the thinnest useful slice - finished, and usable without her team the next morning. Annie Legge hosts. 🎧 Full episode and past conversations at https://lnkd.in/dNBgY9QE Clarasys

Pay transparency is not a spreadsheet problem. It is a performance conversation problem. If people cannot see what is expected, how growth is assessed, or why decisions are made, publishing salary data alone will not build trust. Our Chief People Officer, Sophie Andrews, explores what sits behind clearer, fairer pay conversations, and why the quality of your performance process matters just as much as the numbers. Read how Clarasys is connecting capability, evidence, and pay progression to help make reward easier to understand and challenge, and what organisations considering pay transparency can learn from Clarasys’s approach. AI is changing the shape of work. But the question is not only what we can automate, it is how we can reimagine the future of human work in the age of AI? How can we ensure the workplace is sustainable for generations to come, continuing to offer connection, purpose, progression and fair opportunity for all? On Wednesday evening, we were delighted to host Conversations on AI in Clarasys HQ. The event brought together a wide range of perspectives from business, academia and government on how we can collectively and intentionally shape and influence the future of work. From the panel discussion to the conversations that followed, the evening moved from the practical to the deeply human: how people learn and build expertise, how we protect space for judgement and connection, and how we make sure the benefits of AI are shared equitably. It was a reminder that preparing for an AI-enabled future is not just about digital capability. It also requires curiosity, critical thinking, entrepreneurship, imagination and the confidence to ask better questions. Thank you to Annabel Gillard, Tracy Woods, Brian Ball and the Conversations on AI team for bringing the evening together, to Lindsay Cameron for opening on behalf of Clarasys, and to panellists Alexandra Jolly, Alice Genevois, Harriet Western-Williams, Mishka Nemes and Kester Brewin for sharing their perspectives. We were delighted to provide the space for such a thoughtful evening. #ConversationsOnAI #FutureOfWork #ArtificialIntelligence #AIForGood #HumanCentredAI
