Now on Homeworthy: Inside the Nashville home of Meyer Davis co-founder Will Meyer and Kerstin Meyer. Originally designed by architect Edwin Keeble, the historic residence has evolved alongside their family, layering art, objects, and collected pieces while honoring the character of its original architecture. In the tour, Will and Kerstin share the thinking behind the home and the details that make it distinctly theirs, reflecting on the belief that the most meaningful homes are shaped over time by the people who live in them. Also featured in The Language of Home, the residence offers a personal expression of the ideas at the heart of Meyer Davis’ approach to residential design. This week, Meyer Davis celebrated the launch of The Language of Home alongside friends, clients, collaborators, and members of the design community who have been part of our story over the years. Held within the Tribeca Penthouse residence featured in the book, the evening offered a fitting setting to mark this milestone and reflect on nearly three decades of residential design, and the people, places, and creative relationships that have shaped it. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the evening so special. We’re incredibly grateful to share this moment with the community that continues to inspire and support Meyer Davis. On the edge of Copake Lake, a glass house offers a study in transparency, landscape, and the rituals of life by the water. In a new feature for Cottages & Gardens, Meyer Davis co-founder Gray Davis opens the doors to the personal retreat he designed with his partner, Chase Booth. Conceived in close dialogue with its surroundings, the contemporary glass house uses floor-to-ceiling glazing, retractable panels, and deep overhangs to draw the landscape inward and frame changing views across the lake and surrounding woods. Inside, natural stone, warm oak, layered textiles, and collected pieces bring warmth and intimacy. Thank you to Taylor O’Sullivan and Cottages & Gardens for the thoughtful feature.
