Days like this are awesome, getting everyone together & active. This is easily one of the most popular days on the Strativ Group calendar. The best way to reward your top performers?... Apparently, not everyone is a lover of helicopter rides. (Especially when they're a little bumpier than anticipated.) Either way, 23 nervy passengers were treated to a picturesque flight over the beautiful Côte d'Azur. And after a safe flight & landing... EVERYONE was able to enjoy 2 awesome nights. Who also share one important message: "Suicidal thoughts can be interrupted" And if you’re worried someone is having harmful thoughts, it’s better to interrupt than not. That's why for all of this month our trained Mental Health First Aiders - will be sharing their experiences with not only suicide, but also mental health. Making more of us comfortable to "interrupt". And feel safe sharing in discussions about mental health. Katie, Shanker, Kieran & Toby play a crucial role at Strativ. Bringing uncomfortable conversations to life. Offering their time to talk. And guiding our people to the support they need. Cybersecurity assurance is changing. For years, assurance has often centred around a point-in-time question: Is this product compliant? Is it certified? Is it safe? But as cybersecurity threats evolve, technologies change and AI becomes increasingly embedded across critical systems... That approach is becoming harder to sustain. As Stan Zurkiewicz, CEO of DEKRA puts it, we're seeing a shift: → Physical safety → digital trust → Isolated products → connected ecosystems → One-time approval → lifetime assurance That last one is particularly interesting. A product or system can be compliant today, but the technology, the threats around it and the wider ecosystem can all look very different a year from now. So perhaps assurance can't really be a one-off exercise anymore. It's a conversation we're seeing more of across the #Cybersecurity and #TIC markets, and one that will only become more relevant as technology continues to move quickly.
