  • Huge congratulations to two of our customers on their wins at the Recruiter Awards, 2026. Tile Hill won Best Candidate Care, Best Public/Third Sector Recruitment Agency and David Weir was also named Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Leader of the Year. VHR Global Technical Recruitment and Danny Brooks MBE won Best Contractor Service and Best Engineering Recruitment Agency. We've measured client and candidate experience for both businesses for well over two years. Every candidate they submit and every client they work with is asked how it went automatically. Continuous improvement across their service management systems, along with L&D work with their teams has led both to deliver world-class service. They're now recognised as two of the best-performing recruitment businesses in the country and they currently sit 1st and 2nd for service levels on our customer leaderboard for UK recruitment businesses with more than 20 staff. Well deserved to both teams and congratulations to all the other winners.

“AI can help good recruitment businesses become more efficient. But it can also help poor service reach more people faster.” A sharp point from Alex Elliott in our latest article. When Alex scaled Liquid Personnel, the real service challenges appeared when the business had momentum. More activity, more placements and more revenue made service quality harder to control, not easier. That feels even more relevant now. AI gives recruitment teams the ability to do more, but the real question is whether they are scaling the right experience. More of the right experience builds trust, referrals and retention. More of the wrong experience damages the relationships growth depends on. Thanks to Alex for working with us to put this one together. Read the full article here: https://lnkd.in/e2M9yRW6

  • Consistent improvement in customer experience = consistent improvement in business results. 👏🚀 Nexus Search

NOTHING, and I mean nothing, gets me more excited than consistency. Consistency beats intensity every single day of the week. Any dog can have their day, but are you showing up 52 weeks out of the year? Around 3 years ago, shortly after I joined Nexus, we started tracking our Net Promoter Score (NPS) through Talent Analytics. In recruitment, the industry standard sits around 35. That’s exactly where we started. Over the last 36 months, we’ve consciously and patiently: 🥇Refined our processes 🥈Reacted to feedback 🥉Upskilled our internal team Fast forward to today - We’ve been sitting between World Class & Excellent CONSISTENTLY for a year now. Process + Patience = Performance.

  • "This has helped embed a culture of continuous improvement where feedback is used constructively to strengthen the experience we deliver to clients and candidates. It makes conversations with consultants much easier." - Liza Brookes, People & Operations Director, Venturi Venturi, a specialist technology recruitment firm, set out to measure client and candidate experience as rigorously as it measures placements and to build that discipline into how the business runs every day. With the support of the Talent Analytics team, they use CX Hub and a native Bullhorn integration to capture feedback inside the system consultants already use, backed by an embedded Customer Success partner who helps turn that data into action. For Liza, it comes back to the brand itself: "Measuring service levels gives us an objective way to ensure we're living up to our values." After 10 years at Jackson Hogg, COO Anthony Broadhead is moving into a Strategic Advisor role. He leaves having built one of the most consistent, service-first cultures in UK recruitment. This wasn't by accident, Anthony has always treated service levels as an output of values and people, not just a metric to chase. It has allowed them to evolve, retain and grow their customer base throughout a huge range of market challenges. We worked closely with Anthony over the past few years. In their first 90 days using Talent Analytics, Jackson Hogg captured 428 feedback responses, a +84 Client NPS and a +76 Candidate NPS. Since that moment onwards we've worked closely to innovative their experience management program and their results have consistently been world-class. One line from our case study with Anthony (link below): “Service levels are a by-product of having great people with the right values. I see my role as the standard setter, cultivator and sometimes the protector of our values and therefore service levels.” https://lnkd.in/eWix5nih Congratulations on the new chapter, Anthony. Jackson Hogg is fortunate to have had you setting the standard for a decade.

  • Great to collaborate with the amazing Helena Sullivan on this piece. Helena has led marketing and customer insight across recruitment businesses including The SR Group and Trinnovo Group | B Corp™ so she brings a sharp perspective on how recruitment marketing is evolving. The best teams are no longer just building awareness, producing content or telling customer stories. They are being asked to prove what the market actually experiences. That is where direct customer feedback becomes powerful. When candidate, client, contractor and employee feedback is connected into CRM workflows, marketing and RevOps teams can see where the brand promise is being delivered, where service is inconsistent and where customer experience can become a clearer driver of growth. In this article, Helena shares why recruitment marketing needs to move from promotion to proof and how customer insight can help agencies strengthen reputation, retention and commercial performance.
