James Blackmore shared thisDigital Friction: the outcome of numerous small issues across an employee’s digital environment An employee waits 30 seconds for an application to load. A password reset requires a few extra steps. A frequently used system pauses briefly before responding. An employee searches a knowledge base, can’t locate an answer, and submits a support ticket instead. Individually, these moments may seem minor. Across an organization, they can add up to thousands of hours of lost productivity. With TeamViewer DEX as a partner, Thrive helps organizations gain clearer insight into endpoint performance, pinpoint sources of digital friction, and deliver a smoother employee tech experience. James Blackmore reacted on thisJames Blackmore reacted on thisToday's my last day at Thrive. Nearly 10 years, from apprentice to manager, and honestly, it's been everything I needed it to be. I came in not knowing much. I leave having learned so much more than just technical skills. I've worked with people who genuinely cared about doing the right thing, solving problems that mattered, and lifting each other up. Thank you to everyone who's supported, challenged, and believed in me along the way. You've shaped not just my career, but how I think about leadership. Heading off to Italy with my family to pause, breathe, and refresh before the next chapter. Grateful for where I've been, excited for what's next.
