She’s on her way!Tabitha Allingham liked this✈️ I’m incredibly excited and honoured to share that I have been selected as the winner of the 2026 Sir Geoffrey de Havilland Flying Scholarship! Through the scholarship, I’ll be gaining my Private Pilot’s Licence (PPL) on the de Havilland DH82a Tiger Moth with Cambridge Flying Group, based at Shuttleworth Trust. One of these aircraft, G-AOEI, was built in 1939 and fled France during WWII. To now have the opportunity to fly it myself is something I’m incredibly grateful for. A huge thank you to The Worshipful Company of Coachmakers and Coach Harness Makers, and everyone involved in the selection day for making this possible. I had such a fantastic day and was made to feel so welcome by everyone. I can’t wait to get started and see where this next chapter takes me! ✈️

Great experience… But no numbers. Instead of writing: “Responsible for lettings portfolio.” Tell the real story...for example.. ➡️ Managed 220+ properties ➡️ Agreed 20–25 lets per month ➡️ Won 10+ new instructions monthly ➡️ Progressed 40+ sales pipelines Estate agency is a performance based industry. If your CV doesn’t show your numbers, it’s much harder for hiring managers to see your impact. Sometimes the difference between getting the interview or not is simply showing your results.
