Welcome to the Ram Brewery website

A planning application has been submitted by Minerva Limited for the redevelopment of the Ram Brewery site in Wandsworth forming the centrepiece of Wandsworth town centre’s regeneration plans. The development will deliver 669 new homes to the borough, including 166 within a 35 storey landmark residential tower designed by EPR architects, as well as over 9500 sq m of space dedicated to new shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.

The proposed development will preserve many of the site’s historic buildings which will be restored and refurbished, and a micro-brewery and a brewing museum will also be part of the completed scheme. If approved, the development would generate 500 new permanent jobs and 370 construction jobs. The River Wandle will be opened up and landscaped to provide public access along a new riverside walk.

A public exhibition will be held on Thursday 29th November from 4.30pm to 7.30pm and Saturday 1st December from 9.30am to 12.30pm at the Ram Brewery site, where residents will be able to view the plans and talk to the development team.
