Formed in 2009, the Archive Team (not to be confused with the archive.org Archive-It Team) is a rogue archivist collective dedicated to saving copies of rapidly dying or deleted websites for the sake of history and digital heritage. The group is 100% composed of volunteers and interested parties, and has expanded into a large amount of related projects for saving online and digital history.
Synopsis
The Devastators pits you, with or without a friend, against some of the meanest bad guys an Arcade game has ever seen. The action is viewed from behind as you trudge through miles of scrolling desert wasteland, your goal the destruction of an enemy base. Your weapons include grenades and a gun, and you can pick up guided missiles every so often. Along the way you'll contend with platoons of crack infantry troops, tower guns and jeeps with machine guns on the back. Survive all that and destroy the base and your reward will be a mission more grueling than the last.
