All you’ll pay is the one-time build fee and monthly fee for whichever plan is right for you.

Some of the third-party tools you use (like email marketing systems or payment processors) may have fees, but you won’t pay us anything for those.

Pricing transparency is something we pride ourselves on, so please reach out with any questions.

You can do either.

Ease of use is at the heart of everything we build. You’ll never need to touch a line of code, and if you can edit a Word doc, you can update your website.

We also include unlimited 30-minute task requests after your site is live. So if something’s tricky or you just don’t have the time, send it our way and we’ll knock it out for you.

It is, but imagine if WordPress was built solely for nonprofits from the ground up. That’s what we’re going for. That way, you get the power and ease-of-use of WordPress, tailored to the needs of nonprofits.

We’ll also take care of updating WordPress for you, so you always have modern tech powering your site.

We’ll help you have a smooth transition. You’re free to take your content and form entries (like donations and event registrations) with you when you leave.

We can also export a file with your website’s content so you won’t be starting from scratch elsewhere. For more, check out our Terms of Service.

Absolutely. Every plan includes premium WordPress hosting, so your site will load quickly and securely for your visitors all over the world. It’s included as part of your plan, so no need to budget for it separately.

Our sites have 99.9% uptime, but in the very rare event there’s an issue with our hosting partner, we’ll take care of it so you don’t have to.

Less than you might think.

At kickoff, we’ll ask about your nonprofit and how you talk about your work. You’ll send over your logo, any photos you’d like to use and any additional background you have on your work.

No photos? No worries. We’ll use professional stock photos that fit your brand (and don’t feel cheesy).

We’ll also need your help getting access to a few accounts, like wherever your domain name is registered. But we’ll walk you through each one.

From there, your main job is to review what we create and make any final edits you’d like to see before launch. Our Process page breaks down exactly what to expect from signup through launch if you want to dive deeper.

That’s no problem. You’re free to upgrade and downgrade when the time is right. This way, your website can adapt to meet your organization’s changing needs. For more, head over to our Terms of Service.

We never recommend our approach unless we’re confident we can actually help.

And if we’re not the right fit for whatever reason, we’ll tell you.

Nope. Add as many users as you’d like. And you can always add more pages after launch as your story grows.

We’re pretty flexible. If you have a budget or grant funding that needs to be used by a certain date, reach out to us and we can discuss your options. Most of the time we can figure something out.
