Then back it up with proof: Knowledge Check results, Behavior Check records signed by the Validator and the worker, and certificates. When an SQF auditor asks, you can pull exactly what they’re auditing and show not just that training was assigned, but that your people can do the work.

WorkForge Shift connects to your HR system through a secure employee file (CSV or SFTP). Your first file sets up your people and company structure, and a recurring daily or weekly file adds new hires, updates moves and promotions, and archives anyone who leaves. Training follows people automatically when their role changes. Real-time integrations with the most common HRIS systems are coming in a future release.
