In most destinations, you can book EBS accommodation shared with other students.
It’s a highly social experience, with activities, events, and support from the local school team.
How do I choose my destination and the right course?
You can choose based on language, budget, climate, or the type of city you prefer (beach, big city, nightlife, etc.).
If you’re unsure, the Course Guide clearly presents each school to help you compare and choose easily.
Can I work abroad with an EBS certificate?
Yes! Our qualification is globally recognized, making it the perfect “passport” for those seeking international work opportunities in hospitality. Combined with the support of MatchStaff, our graduates are highly sought after by bars and clubs across our main markets and beyond.
What is the EBS community like?
It’s an instant global network. You’ll be immersed in an international community of students and instructors who share your passion for travel and culture. Whether you’re practicing pours or exploring a new city, you’ll build lifelong friendships and professional connections that span the globe.
Do I need prior bar experience to join EBS?
Not at all. Our courses are designed for everyone—from absolute beginners looking for a fresh start to current bartenders wanting to upskill professionally. We focus on “learning by doing,” so you’ll get all the hands-on, practical training you need to feel confident behind any bar, regardless of your starting point.
