Our Forums

The Institute strengthens its research and knowledge-sharing activities through specialist discussion and working groups, known as Forums, which cover the areas of Business and Human Rights, Competition Law, Investment Treaty Law, Product Liability Law and UK-Ukraine English Law.

The Forums bring together those with a serious engagement in these areas, including solicitors, barristers, in-house counsel, policy advisers, lobbyists, academics, government officials, regulators and international officials.

Each Forum provides a secure opportunity to share experiences and exchange opinions, contribute to policy initiatives, and promote research in these important areas of law and practice.

Each Forum is led by a Director who is an academic and practitioner in the field.
