A remarkable single origin with a story worth savoring

Thanks to the dedication of Mr. Lúcido Diaz, this exceptional coffee comes to us from the high-altitude region of La Unión, Colombia.

In 2019, Lúcido replanted his entire farm, planting more than 3,000 Pink Bourbon coffee trees with a singular focus: to produce this highly sought after variety. His dedication and patience have resulted in a truly special coffee, one we’ve been fortunate enough to share for three harvests now.

Once again, this harvest does not disappoint.

Bright, nuanced, and beautifully expressive, this light roast is a wonderful reflection of Lúcido’s craft and the remarkable potential of Pink Bourbon.
