AIOps can provide benefits here by creating 360-degree visibility across application infrastructure, networks, storage, virtualization and so on. This eliminates finger pointing and trial-and-error approaches when incidents inevitably occur, and allows DevOps engineers to work in concert with SREs and IT Ops / NOC engineers to resolve them more quickly.
