Reminded me of a more complex and refreshing Bermuda Yacht Club.

I was surprised how much I liked this given no real 🍉 got closer to my taste buds than the rim of the glass! I used G.E. Massenet's liqueur d' Ananas-Coco as I don't have pure pineapple liqueur. I used slightly less Agave too.
When you need something smooth and delicious, this works beautifully. A real crowd pleaser.
So different I’ll have to try it when I can get passion fruits, all the supermarkets are always out, far too many pornstars being made! And congrats!
Thank you Gareth, we live in the Netherlands and we can buy frozen 100% passion fruit here!
Simple taste profile....but sometimes that's just what you want.
Now you know what to do with overripe bananas...don't ever let anyone tell you to make banana bread again!
Like a fancy niche gourmand perfume! Decided to drink it instead of dabbing it on my Pulse points. Good choice!
Settled on this to celebrate our wedding anniversary. A good choice...on all accounts.
It was my second cocktail of the evening - on a "school night" - so I decided to make a half portion. Slightly tipsy and a bit tired I got into a "right muddle"! Added the ginger liquor twice so had to compensate with the other ingredients
Ended up adding bits of this and that until I had an enormous - but delicious - cocktail! Might have to bunk off tomorrow 😜
I used chocolate bitters. Next time I will add a drop of saline, go all out on expressing with orange peel, plus put a piece of Lindt dark chocolate orange on the side.
Many layers of taste. I used Ardbeg - which was ultimately the dominant layer. "Mo nàire!" - said no one ever!
Cachaca gives me banana vibes...in a good way. I enjoyed watching the video. Thanks for sharing that.
I had to use orgeat syrup instead of agave. Delicious! I will happily make it again using ingredients to the letter of the recipe.
Everyone should know about this cocktail.... genius level in my opinion👌🏼
I'm getting (improved) Long Island Iced Tea vibes....but actually with Tea!
If we drink a couple more we might forget it's the hottest June day ever🥵
On holiday with limited supplies so substituted Mermaid Gin for the Genever. I tried again with a drop of saline and a bar spoon of sugar syrup. Geweldig, gaan we nog een keer drinken! 🇳🇱
No calvados available (currently holidaying on Mull) substituted the calvados with Cognac. It was delicious -and we will add the apple back in when we get home.
Tomorrow we are off on holiday to celebrate Mr H's 60th birthday (Mull so expect lots of comments on Whiskey cocktails!).
Stumbled on this beauty whilst trying to use up the contents of our fridge! I added a shake of aquafaba for said reason....it was very good! 10/11
Used Mezcal (by accident). I have no comparison - but it worked nicely.
Fit for a King...King Willem-Alexander to be precise!
🍊🇳🇱🍸
I've made this a few times and decided to try a version. I used bramble jam, Hendricks flora Adora gin and added Rose liqueur....it was lovely 🌹
A lemony-appley sidecar... what's not to love about that! 🍋🍎
