Neomonde Mediterranean
Order dinner for the whole crew with a family meal from Neomonde. At $70, it feeds at least four and includes six kabob skewers or 18 falafel, two 16-ounce sides, salad, and rice. For a more customizable spread, the pick-four platter lets you choose four sides and comes with two pieces of pita. Favorites include the carrot salad with quinoa, dates, and cranberries; baba ganoush; and mjadarah, lentils and rice topped with caramelized onions.

Taco Bamba
Taco Bamba has more than 40 different types of tacos on its menu. There are breakfast tacos, Baja-style fish tacos, barbacoa tacos, shrimp and grits tacos, smashburger tacos, and even an El Gringo taco with ground beef, bacon, ranch, and cheddar. Complete your order with a side of chips and queso or become the real dorm-room hero when you tack on cinnamon churros to share.

Alpaca Peruvian Charcoal Chicken
For nearly 20 years, Alpaca has been Raleigh’s destination for Peruvian-style rotisserie chicken. Order a quarter chicken for one meal or a whole chicken if you want leftovers. The latter is less than $30 and comes with two large sides. Make sure to grab a side of the famous yellow sauce; you’ll want to spoon it over the whole meal.

Sassool
Save room for dessert when ordering from Sassool. Its menu runs the gamut from baklava and Dubai chocolate torte to brownies and chocolate chip cookies. The restaurant is also great for those with dietary restrictions; the pita pizzas and sandwiches can be made gluten-free and there’s a selection of baked goods from JP’s Pastry, a certified gluten-free bakery.

Gen Ramen
Eating microwave ramen is practically a college rite of passage, but occasionally, it’s worth indulging in the real thing. Gen Ramen features a number of different bowls, like its best-selling tonkotsu ramen with a rich pork broth and pork belly; it’s the kind of meal you can’t get from a pre-packaged cup. Tack on a bao bun (or two) and the chicken and pork gyoza to round out your order.

Vic’s Pizzeria
A giant slice of cheese pizza at Vic’s is only $3.50. Pair it with a salad for under $10, and you’ve got a balanced meal that mom would (probably) be proud of. You’ll find all the classic pies here, from meat-lovers loaded with sausage, pepperoni, ground beef, bacon, and ham to Hawaiian and indulgent chicken Alfredo. Comfort-food favorites like baked ziti, wings, and cannoli are available, too. Delivery runs until 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights, for those late evenings in the library.

Masala House
Masala House serves comforting Indian staples like chicken tikka masala, palak paneer, and butter chicken. Don’t overlook the appetizers, like the gobi manchurian, battered and fried cauliflower florets in a sweet and spicy sauce, or the vegetable samosas. A side of garlic naan is perfect for scooping up any extra sauce.

Dan Sushi & Hibachi
It is possible to have hibachi at home if you don’t mind the fried rice, sauteed vegetables, grilled protein, and white sauce arriving in a to-go box. If you prefer sushi, go big with the Love Boat, which comes with 10 pieces of sushi, 10 pieces of sashimi, and two specialty rolls for $80.
MOMO HOUSE
Though its name may suggest otherwise, the drinks at MOMO HOUSE are a big part of the draw. Choose from specialty milk teas and matcha lattes, including a salted caramel milk tea with brown sugar boba and an iced strawberry matcha with strawberry boba. Of course, the Nepali-style momo dumplings are a must-order, along with takeout favorites like chow mein and fried rice.
Oakwood Deli
After a late night, the breakfast burrito from Oakwood Deli (served all day) is the move. Stuffed with steak, eggs, cheese, and potatoes, it can fuel you through a stacked day of classes and coursework. Beyond breakfast, this deli also offers burgers, tacos, and sandwiches, plus chicken salad.
Guasaca
For a meal that can carry you through a long study session, Guasaca’s arepas are a great option that travel especially well. The Venezuelan-style corn cakes come stuffed with fillings like shredded beef, black beans, pico de gallo, and cheese, and they maintain their bite on the trip from the restaurant to your table. Try the shredded beef with black beans, pico de gallo, and cheese. Or, for a more economical meal, the two arepa combo is just $10 and comes with more than enough for leftovers.

Poke Bros
When you’re in need something fresh and quick, Poke Bros. is an easy pick. This East Coast mini-chain lets you build your own poke bowls; you can pile on salmon, tuna, chicken, or tofu, then customize your toppings. If you’d rather skip the decision-making, try one of the pre-made bowls on the menu. And grab some mochi ice cream for dessert.
