Instacart+ Perks Program
From time to time, Instacart may offer Instacart+ Perks that grants Instacart+ members access to promotional discounts and other offers from a limited time and determined at Instacart's sole discretion. Instacart+ Perks:
- Are available only to eligible Instacart+ members;
- May be offered for limited promotional periods (including specific calendar months);
- May vary by month, member segment, geography, or other eligibility criteria;
- May be subject to additional terms, conditions, limitations, and redemption requirements.
Instacart+ Perks have no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise and are non-transferable. Instacart reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, substitute, suspend, or discontinue any Instacart+ Perk at any time without notice, including before a stated promotional period ends.
